1. Analytics & Usage Tracking
We use analytics to understand how our public-facing website is used. This helps us improve our content and user experience. Within the logged-in area, we track usage of features to better understand how our product is being used and improve our services. This data is stored anonymously and is used for internal analysis only.
2. Feedback Responses
When someone fills out a feedback form, they may optionally provide their name and email address. If provided, this data is stored securely and is only visible to the professional who created the feedback form. This data remains stored until the professional deletes the talk or clears the responses. After a time period of 3 months, data is anonymized automatically.
3. Contact
If you contact us, you do so by emailing our provided address. We do not use web-based contact forms and do not collect any contact data unless you email us directly.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data is only processed to support the operation and improvement of Fidashi.
5. Data Retention
Feedback with names/emails: stored until manually deleted by the professional.
Usage data: stored anonymously and retained for product development purposes.
